(B) Tumor organoids derived from three cohorts of mice (Apc/WT, Apc/Het and Apc/KO) were grown in 3D culture for 72 hours, collected, and analyzed using qRT-PCR for the expression of genes associated with cancer stem cells (Lgr5 and Axin2), cell proliferation (Ccnd1, Ki67) and intestinal cell differentiation (Fabp2).
