Supplementary Figure S1 shows that RORgamma agonist treatment does not impact the transduction efficiency of CAR virus. Supplementary Figure S2 shows that RORgamma agonist treatment increases IL-17A secretion from TRP-1 Th0 and Th17 cells. Included in Supplementary Figure S3 are spaghetti plots showing data of individual mice used in main Figure 3 and survival curves of TRP-1 Th17 transferred mice. Supplementary Figure S4 presents bar graphs of memory markers. Graphs in Supplementary Figure S5 showing eradication of primary tumors by Type 17 T cells and the frequency of donor cells after third tumor challenge supplement the data described in Figure 7. Supplementary Figure S6 shows that after adoptive cell transfer, RORgamma agonist primed donor T cells contain fewer Treg cells and express lower levels of PD-1.
