基于位置的天气实况数据服务接口设计与应用

Abstract
为保证气象部门各单位对外服务时天气实况数据的统一、准确和高时效,针对基于用户位置服务的应用场景,对我国区域范围内1km分辨率的天气实况数据,按照经度进行1.间隔的切块整合,设计了分块数据处理、存储和查询模型;并采用微服务应用模式开发了天气实况数据服务接口,数据服务延时提升到分钟级,系统支持20万以上访问并发量,为解决同一时刻同一位置不同应用发布的天气实况数据不一致的问题提供了技术支撑.截至2021年12月,已向全国气象部门54个应用提供天气实况数据,单月访问量超过1亿,系统的高并发、高时效、高可用得到验证.
