Abstract
目的 确定赤芍多糖的最佳提取条件.方法 采用苯酚-硫酸法显色,紫外可见分光光度法(UV)在490nm波长处测定当归多糖的吸光度,以赤芍多糖得率为指标,采用单因素和Box-Behnken响应面法优化实验条件.结果 当归多糖的最佳工艺参数为:料液比1:20.84(g:mL),回流时间为157min 5s、回流次数3次.结论 最佳提取条件下获得的平均赤芍多糖得率为8.070％,与理论值之间的误差为0.36％,说明将Box-Behnken法应用于水提赤芍多糖工艺的优化是可行的,可用于赤芍多糖的提取.
