Abstract
为实现电机的柔性自动装配功能,通过使用RFID技术实现多种类型工件的识别,设计一种电机柔性装配的自动控制系统.该系统由1500PLC、RFID、HMI人机界面和工业机器人等部分组成.PLC与机器人、RFID等单元进行通信,控制各单元对零件进行抓取、运输,通过阅读器扫描的信息,选择相应的装配任务.经生产实践表明:该系统能够满足多型号电机的自动装配,生产率高.
