Abstract
针对某型辅助变流器样机在振动试验中出现变压器吊座裂纹的情况,对疲劳开裂的原因进行了分析,并优化了变压器吊座结构.同时应用有限元法对优化方案前、后的吊座结构进行了强度校核,并通过疲劳寿命与应力变化的关系公式估算了改进结构的提升效果.试验及装车运行结果证明了优化后方案的可靠性.
