Abstract
新能源高渗透率电力系统呈现电量富余、电力不足特点的主要原因是风电、光伏基本不具备容量效益,利用抽蓄与风光组成互补系统是解决该问题的有效途径之一.提出一种风光抽蓄互补系统合理容量效益优化方法,优化模型将互补系统合理容量效益以及风电和光伏装机作为决策变量,兼顾互补系统新能源利用率、发电可靠性和国民经济可行性.实际算例仿真计算的结果表明,所提算法能够有效解决风光抽蓄互补系统的容量效益与装机优化问题.
