Abstract
过敏体质是过敏性疾病发生的内在条件,嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)是过敏反应的主要效应细胞.EOS及其相关细胞因子被证明在调节过敏体质的过程中具有重要价值.基于中医体质学基本原理对EOS与过敏体质的内涵进行相关性梳理,认为"生命过程论""环境制约论""形神构成论""禀赋遗传论"与EOS细胞周期、生物学效应等存在内在关联,禀赋遗传、情志活动影响EOS细胞行为和参与过敏体质免疫平衡.对EOS与过敏体质内涵机制的探索为以EOS为抓手调体干预过敏体质提供了理论依据.
