温胆汤类方治疗精神类疾病研究进展

Abstract
近年来,精神类疾病的患病率急速上升,该类疾病在内外因素的刺激下脑内发生不同程度的神经损伤,表现为精神、意识、思维活动障碍,与中医神志疾病症状相似.温胆汤为经典的"祛痰"名方,以"治痰"为理论基础对温胆汤加减化裁衍生出的类方可有效防治精神-神经系统疾病.笔者归纳总结了温胆汤类方在精神类疾病中的临床应用及药理机制,以期为温胆汤类方在临床上的应用及现代药理作用机制提供理论参考.
