Abstract

国医大师洪广祥教授擅治肺系疾病,在治疗晚期肺癌方面具有独到见解.他强调正虚邪实是晚期肺癌的根本病机,正虚是晚期肺癌产生的前提,烟毒、邪毒、痰湿是晚期肺癌产生的必要条件,并提出"以补助攻、留人治病"的原则.在使用补益法的过程中,应将"健脾气与保胃气"贯穿于"补"的全过程,通过"以补助攻"达到"留人治病"的目的.文章对洪广祥教授"以补助攻,留人治病"原则治疗晚期肺癌的理论基础和临床应用进行介绍,并附有验案一则.
