Abstract
病原体检测对临床诊断与治疗有着重要指导意义.当前临床病原学诊断方法主要有培养法、镜检法、PCR法、免疫学方法(包括荧光法、ELISA法、层析法)和测序技术等,其中以培养法结果阳性为"金标准".但依赖传统方法仍有许多感染性疾病被漏诊.几乎所有的感染性疾病病原体都含有 DNA 或 RNA 基因组,因此基因组测序成为了病原体检测的一种极佳方法.
