Abstract
SLE是一种严重的可累及多系统、多脏器的自身免疫病.肢端坏疽,在SLE中相对少见,尤其在儿童中更属罕见,一般预后较差,通常会导致截肢.本文报告1例儿童SLE合并肢端坏疽的临床资料,同时检索相关文献进行综合分析,以期加强对本病的认识.
