Abstract
系统性红斑狼疮(systematic lupus erythematosis,SLE)是一种可累及多系统的自身免疫性疾病,其中包含血液系统受累,可有贫血、白细胞计数减少、血小板减少、淋巴结肿大和脾大等表现.一项182例狼疮患者的回顾性研究显示[1].SLE患者伴发血小板减少的概率为19.2％,严重血小板减少概率为4.4％.笔者临床应用热入血室理论辨治狼疮合并血小板减少1例,取得较好的临床疗效,现报道如下.
