Abstract
随着医学技术的发展,全髋关节置换术( total hip arthroplasty,THA)已经逐渐成为骨科中的常见手术,具有极高的成功率,也显著提高了股骨转子间骨折患者的生活质量[1].但是THA在实际操作中具有操作复杂、手术时间长、技术难度大等特点,使得术中出血量比较多.有研究显示THA的术中出血量在500 mL左右,术中与术后的输血率在30％左右[2].
