microRNAs(miRNAs)是一组小的非编码RNA,在恶性肿瘤的生物过程中发挥着关键作用.miR-4516是其主要成员之一,在多种肿瘤中异常表达,与肿瘤的侵袭、转移、预后及对化学药物敏感性等密切相关,具有重要的临床研究价值.该文对miR-4516在消化系统肿瘤、胶质母细胞瘤、乳腺癌、视网膜母细胞瘤、甲状腺癌等恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述.
