Abstract
为开发针对水生生物体内典型土腥味物质的快速检测方法,以2-异丁基-3-甲氧基吡嗪(2-isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine,IBMP)为检测内标,基于分散固相萃取技术与气相色谱串联质谱联用技术开展鱼组织中土臭素(geosmin,GSM)和2-甲基异莰醇(2-methyli-soborneol,2-MIB)的检测方法开发.采用乙腈作为提取溶剂,试样提取后经脱水和吸附净化,气相分离后采用选择离子(selected ion monitor,SIM)监测模式测定.对鱼组织样品的检测结果表明,GSM和2-MIB在0.50μg/L~500.00μg/L线性良好,相关系数R2≥0.999,检出限分别为0.37 ng/g和0.51 ng/g,方法的定量限分别为1.23 ng/g和1.69 ng/g.3个水平的加标试验表明,方法中GSM和2-MIB的加标平均回收率为99.7%~115.7%(n=3),相对标准偏差为3.0%~14.0%,方法能够满足对不同鱼类样品的检测.
