LiNi0.9 Mn0.1 O2@MoO3正极材料的高温固相法制备及其电化学性能研究

Abstract
采用高温固相反应法,将MoO3与Ni0.9Mn0.1(OH)2前驱体、LiOH·H2O一步混合焙烧,得到了MoO3包覆的LiNi0.9Mn0.1O2.利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)和恒流充放电等方法对包覆和未包覆的材料进行结构表征和电化学性能对照分析.结果表明:MoO3包覆没有改变电极材料的晶体结构,MoO3(0.5%,物质的量分数,下同)包覆量的材料性能最好.在3.0~4.4 V电压窗口下,0.1 C首次放电比容量为182.1 mAh·g-1,循环50次后容量保持率为91.8%,优于未包覆的材料.
