裂纹监测仪恒流源系统设计

Abstract
设计了一种高稳定的数控式恒流源,以减少电流波动对裂纹电位信号的影响;采用MSP430系列单片机(MCU)作为主控制器,进行系统软硬件设计;以基准电压为参考,结合串联负反馈电路和增量式PID算法对输出电流值进行实时调整.实验结果表明:该恒流源系统电流输出稳定性优于10×10-6,裂纹电位信号稳定性较好,满足裂纹监测仪需求.
