Abstract
针对浙江省内某水电机组准同期并网后的大幅度有功功率振荡事件,进行了振荡特性的理论分析和验证.结合机组同期并网暂态过程及并网功率振荡的理论,分析了并网电压差、相角差、频差的影响,并在实际电网中进行了试验验证.试验表明机组准同期并网后功率振荡主要是由频差造成,有功功率振荡的峰峰值和并网频差存在较为显著的比例特征.最后,在PSCAD中验证了频差并网后功率振荡的暂态过程机理.
