Abstract
基于碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)钻削实验分析了钻削过程的温变特性,研究了钻削加工参数对钻削温度和材料损伤的影响.结果表明:钻削温度随钻削深度同趋势增加,出口侧加工缺陷主要位于90.纤维切削角区域;进给量和转速都对热量累积起着重要作用,与转速相比,进给量对温度的影响占主导地位;钻削温度随进给量增大而降低,综合损伤因子随进给量的增大而增大.
