Abstract
外周T 细胞淋巴瘤(Peripheral T-cell lymphoma, PTCL)起源于胸腺后T淋巴细胞或(和) NK/T细胞的侵袭性淋巴瘤,具有显著异质性[1].外周T细胞淋巴瘤-非特指型(Peripheral T-cell lymphoma,not other-wise specified,PTCL-NOS)指在世界卫生组织(WHO)造血和淋巴组织肿瘤分类中无独立分型者,均被定义为非特指型.PTCL-NOS临床表现为淋巴结肿大及结外疾病,多见于脾脏、骨髓和皮肤等,而肺部巨大肿物者罕见.现报道1例我院收治的以肺部巨大肿物为特点的肺原发性非特指型外周T细胞淋巴瘤病例,为临床诊治提供参考,并进行文献复习.
