Abstract
缺血性脑卒中( ischemic stroke,IS)是一种常见的、好发于中老年人的脑血管疾病,被列为世界第二大死亡原因和第三大致残原因,充分挖掘其发病机制并进行调控,对于提高治疗有效率至关重要.近年来对肠道菌群的深入研究,揭示了肠道与大脑之间的双向沟通途径,提出了"脑-肠-菌群"轴的概念,并进一步证明了肠道菌群与中枢神经系统调节的相关性.肠道菌群通过"脑-肠-菌群"轴参与缺血性脑卒中危险因素的调控,也参与急性期发病机制的调控,并贯穿发病及预后全程.本文就肠道菌群、"脑-肠-菌群"轴和IS的相关性展开综述,挖掘肠道菌群对IS产生致病影响的机制.
