Abstract
本文中研究了可变进气正时(IVT)、可变排气正时(EVT)和可变进排气正时策略(IEVT)形成的气门重叠角对缸内直喷汽油机燃烧和微粒排放的影响.研究发现在小负荷下3种正时策略中正气门重叠角的增加均会导致缸内残余废气量增加,滞燃期和燃烧持续期推迟和延长,油耗和HC排放均先减小后增加,NOx排放减小.在相同气门重叠角下,EVT的残余废气量最多,IVT对泵气损失改善最大达15.6%.相比IVT和EVT,IEVT在60 ℃A的重叠角仍稳定燃烧且减少了传热损失和排气损失,油耗可降低8.67%,NOx减少了96.57%,微粒总数减少了89.43%.
