Evaluation of Operation State of 750 kV Main Transformer Bushing

In order to evaluate the operation state of the bushing on the high voltage side of the No. 3 main transformer, which is sin the 750 kV Shahu substation of Ningxia Northern Power Grid, the operation of the bushing current-carrying connector was evaluated by X-ray detection on the B-phase high voltage side, and the bushing removal was carried out in combination with the analysis results of the abnormal fracture of the phase C bushing. Return to the factory to disassemble and check the parameters of the measured current-carrying connector, restore the true state of the current-carrying connector through 3D scanning technology, comprehensively diagnose the state of the B-phase high-voltage side bushing conductive rod connector through macro inspection, material inspection, microstructure analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis and energy spectrum analysis, and finally give treatment suggestions for the same type of bushing.
