A Method of 5G Core Network Service Fault Diagnosis

Due to the virtualization of 5G core network, the network architecture is complex and there are a large number of network elements and interface. Once problems occur, fault diagnosis is difficult. Traditional operation and maintenance cannot meet the requirements of fault diagnosis based on manual and expert experience. This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on multi-source data, which collects and manages log data, alarm data, and performance data in a unified manner, sets up scenarios according to different service fault, and applies data to automatically locate and define faults. The method greatly improves operation and maintenance efficiency and ensures user awareness.
