摘要
This paper analyzes the applicability of conventional longitudinal flying qualities criteria in the ground attack mission. By applying the mission-oriented flying qualities evaluation approach, the ground-based simulation experiments were conducted for fly-by-wire fighters with different longitudinal flight control law parameters. By comparing the experimental results and several common longitudinal flying qualities criteria, the conventional criteria are not fully applicable to the fighter in the ground attack mission. The bandwidth criteria can reflect the requirements of the attitude response rapidity in the ground attack mission, but the value of attitude bandwidth should be lower than the conventional criteria. If the flying qualities of the fighter cannot be rated for level 1 in the Control Anticipation Parameter (CAP) criteria, it is less likely to be rated for level 1 flying qualities in the ground attack mission. And the ωspTθ2 criteria can partially reflect the flying qualities requirements of this mission.
