Abstract
以C5馏分为原料,在温度240℃、压力5.5 MPa的条件下,热聚合反应6 h,得到C5低聚物;将C5低聚物与双环戊二烯(DCPD)、C9馏分按一定比例混合,在压力0.4～0.5 MPa、温度240℃的条件下,反应10 h,得到浅色的石油树脂.这种两段热聚合成方法的优势在于:第一,减少C5馏分的挥发,工艺更安全环保;第二,降低了树脂聚合反应压力,使操作更安全.
