Abstract
为了高效利用中非铜钴成矿带上的巨量复杂难处理硫氧混合铜钴矿石,针对其氧化率波动剧烈导致的混合浮选回收率下降的难题,创新了浮选硫化矿和氧化矿的传统选矿工艺配置.通过采用浮选机替代原搅拌槽+矿浆管路优化调整等措施,实现了基于矿石氧化率变化而相应调整总浮选容积,从而实现调整浮选硫化矿与氧化矿所必需的浮选时间,以确保获得了稳定的铜、钴高回收率.
