布洛芬缓释制剂的研究进展

Abstract
布洛芬(IBU)是常见的非甾体抗炎药物,具有较强的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用,但其存在生物半衰期短、刺激胃肠道等问题,故研发布洛芬缓释制剂以改善其性能.对布洛芬缓释制剂的研究进展进行了简要综述,介绍了乳化-溶剂挥发、喷雾干燥、静电纺丝、超临界C02技术、3D打印和其他六大类制备方法,指出今后研究方向:减少甚至避免使用有机溶剂,实现低成本工业规模化生产.
