Abstract
为兼顾低冰点涂层渗透性和稳定性,采用渗透试验、布氏黏度及激光粒度分析等试验开发高渗透乳化沥青;采用接触角测试分析了润湿剂对涂层的润湿效果影响及黏度影响;采用摆氏摩擦仪、冻结试验研究涂层的抗滑性能和冰点.在此基础上,开发了高渗透抗滑型涂层.研究结果表明:乳化剂增加,固含量降低,乳化沥青粒径及黏度减小,渗透性提高,故乳化剂掺量为2%、固含量不大于50%;润湿剂显著降低了乳化沥青表面张力,改善了乳化沥青-低冰点填料体系的稳定性,并兼顾渗透性能和稳定性;GSK588的润湿效果更优,涂层黏度显著降低;低冰点材料掺量可达40%,渗透深度16mm,冰点-11℃;高渗透型低冰点涂层配方为基质沥青∶乳化剂∶水∶润湿剂∶低冰点填料=0.4~0.5 ∶0.02 ∶0.58~0.48∶0.02 ∶0.2~0.4.
