高分子水凝胶由交联剂、高分子化合物、水以及骨架组成,拥有大相对分子质量的三维空间网络结构.由于高分子水凝胶具有生物相容性、吸水性、润滑性、低细胞毒性和环境敏感性等诸多优良特点,在生物医药、农业生产、海洋防污等相关领域均有应用,并且取得良好的应用效果.文中介绍了高分子水凝胶的制备方法及其在相关领域的研究进展,为水凝胶的性能研究和应用提供参考.
