由于铸造阀门成本低廉、设计灵活,在电站锅炉主蒸汽管道中被广泛应用,但由于其制造工艺及运行环境较为特殊,在使用中经常出现裂纹、夹渣、气孔等缺陷.结合实际的阀门检验案例,介绍了阀门裂纹的检出过程,分析了裂纹产生的原因,为主蒸汽管道阀门的安全运行提出合理化的建议.
