从跨专业入职青年教师视角浅谈工程热力学授课体会

Abstract
以过程装备与控制工程专业基础课《工程热力学》为例,从一名跨专业入职青年教师的视角,总结了个人授课体会及不断完善授课技能的思路和做法.对于跨专业入职的青年教师,在从事所在专业教学的过程中,建议教学初期要做好以下几个方面:理解课程在专业人才培养中的定位与作用,明确课程的目标并建立与其相适应的考核方式,增加课程相关工程实际或前沿问题的积累并有效导入课堂,从而为更好的讲好一门课程奠定基础.
