Abstract
制备了T820/替莫唑胺(TMZ)胶束,考察此胶束的体外释放度.将IR820与TPGS共价连接,形成化合物T820,利用透析法制备T820空白胶束和T820/TMZ胶束,并对化合物T820与胶束进行表征.以替莫唑胺代谢物(MTIC)为指标,以pH7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液做释放介质,采用紫外法对其体外释放度进行考察.结果表明T820/TMZ胶束32h累计释放量达69％,T820/TMZ制得胶束具有一定缓释效果.
