响应面法优化金属离子对牛粪高浓度厌氧消化性能的影响

Abstract
为考察投加金属离子对牛粪高浓度厌氧消化产气性能的强化效果,在单因素爬坡试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化Fe2+,Co2+,Ni2+的最优投加浓度及配比.结果表明:所建立的二次多项式模型P值为 0.0051,预测效果良好;3 个因素对产气性能的影响程度依次为Co2+>Fe2+>Ni2+,其中Co2+浓度的影响极显著;经模型优化得出Fe2+,Co2+,Ni2+最佳投加质量浓度分别为 1012.10 mg/L,31.20 μg/L,32.41 μg/L;VS产气率实测值为 365.82 mL/g,与预测值相对偏差为 1.82%.该模型拟合性好、数据可靠,可为畜禽粪污高浓度厌氧发酵资源化处理提供有益参考.
