柔性Co2Z铁氧体基板对UHF-RFID标签天线抗金属特性的影响

Abstract
针对UHF-RFID标签天线在金属环境下镜像电流产生的电磁场与入射波相消,导致天线谐振频点偏移而无法正常读取的问题,利用Co2Z铁氧体在UHF频段高磁导率、低介电/磁损耗的特性,采用在柔性天线基板中填充Co2Z铁氧体的方法设计抗金属天线.通过改变电磁场传播方向的方式以削减金属表面反射波与入射波的相消作用,进而减小天线回波S11参数吸收峰频率偏移.仿真结果表明:采用Co2Z铁氧体作为天线柔性基板的填充材料,天线谐振频点移至904 MHz,并提升工作带宽至350 MHz,有效消除金属环境对天线的不利影响.
