Abstract
准确的眼压测量在青光眼等眼病中至关重要，直接测量眼球内压力可避免角膜对测量准确性的影响，并可明确眼后段压力及眼球内压力的分布情况。目前已有安全微创的设备用于前房及玻璃体腔的压力测量。瞳孔阻滞、无晶状体以及玻璃体腔成分改变等可影响前房与玻璃体腔的压力分布，进行眼球内压力测量还可为恶性青光眼等疾病提供更多的信息与诊疗新思路。 (国际眼科纵览，2023, 47：1－5)
