Abstract
介绍苏新平教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床经验.苏教授认为本病病机多以肝肾亏虚为本、风寒湿热外袭为标,其结合临床经验将本病分为气滞血瘀、寒湿、湿热、痰瘀互结、肝肾亏虚型,治疗上主要以行气活血、散瘀止痛,散寒除湿、温经通络,清热除湿、舒筋通络,祛痰化瘀、通络止痛,滋补肝肾、强筋健骨为法,用药注重寒热调节、补行兼施,并善用虫类药物,取得了较好的临床疗效.
