Abstract
卵巢颗粒细胞瘤（OGCT）及腺泡状软组织肉瘤（ASPS）在临床上相对少见，特别是2种肿瘤同时存在更为罕见。OGCT预后尚可，但ASPS预后并不乐观，且目前对于OGCT和ASPS的 18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG）PET/CT的研究较少。笔者报道了1例OGCT伴肺转移瘤合并左侧大腿ASPS患者的全身 18F-FDG PET/CT显像及MRI成像，分析其图像特点并进行文献复习，为该疾病的诊断提供更多参考。
