Abstract
郁为肺结节的基本病机,正虚与邪实皆可致郁.痰瘀既为病理产物,又是致病因素,痹阻肺络,与外来或内生之毒相合,终致结节转化为癌瘤,荼毒五脏.治疗肺结节应以解郁通络为基本治则,在整体观和辨证论治理论指导下,解郁以调神理气为先,根据邪气之性质及浅深,结合调和五脏、化痰消瘀、辛润通络、解毒散结等法以治之.
