Abstract
研究生是国家科学研究队伍的生力军,作为高等教育重要阶段的研究生教育肩负着建设国家高层次、高素质人才培养的重任.科研创新能力培养是研究生教育的核心内容.研究生科研创新能力的培养是全方位、多角度的一个循序渐进的过程,改革创新教学模式,建立健全多元导师团队制度,全面促进研究生科研创新能力的提升.导师在研究生科研创新能力的培养中发挥着重要作用,导师的师德师风和治学态度是保障,学术水平和科研能力是关键,创新意识及指导方式是核心.文章从培养环境、研究生及导师三个方面分析了医学研究生科研创新能力培养现状,探讨了培养研究生科研创新能力过程中导师素质的作用,提出了研究生科研创新能力培养的策略.
