Abstract
川芎嗪是提取自伞形科植物川芎干燥根茎中的一种生物碱单体,具有介导细胞增殖及凋亡、扩张血管、调节免疫功能、抗炎、抗氧化以及改善组织微循环等作用.本文就川芎嗪、川芎嗪类似物在神经退行性疾病、脑卒中、脊髓损伤等中枢神经系统损伤中的作用和作用机制予以综述,为川芎嗪的临床应用提供新的见解.
