Abstract
针对齿轮传动时会发生各种故障,无法及时发出预警的问题,利用图形化编程虚拟仪器LabVIEW开发设计了齿轮传动健康状态静电在线监测系统.系统通过对采集到的齿轮静电数据的时域、奇异值分解(SVD)、变分模态分解(VMD)、联合算法等频域分析,能够准确判断齿轮的故障类型,实现对齿轮的实时在线监测.相比于振动、温度等传统故障诊断,该系统更有利于发现齿轮的早期微弱故障.
