调查高职实习护生突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状及影响因素.结果显示,高职实习护生突发公共卫生事件应急能力整体处于中上水平,护理教育者应根据护生实习期间是否参加过突发公共卫生事件应急演练、家庭关系、将来工作中碰到突发公共卫生事件是否愿意去一线、实习期间是否参加过突发公共卫生事件应急救援活动等因素设计合理、有效的课程体系和考核体系,以促进护生突发公共卫生事件应急能力的提升.
