Abstract
总结1例先天性全身脂肪营养不良伴低血容量性休克患儿的护理体会.护理要点包括密切观察病情变化,采用儿童早期预警评分快速判断高危事件,早期识别低血容量性休克,并及时给予目标导向性液体复苏,按照疾病特点和病程提供个体化肠内营养支持治疗和家庭健康指导.经过16 d的治疗和护理,患儿病情好转出院,随访1年余,未发生严重并发症.
