致远未来学者计划:拔尖学生自主创新能力培养的探索与思考

Abstract
学习与创造相辅相成,是培养拔尖创新人才过程中的两个必要途径.上海交通大学致远学院自2016 年起实施"致远未来学者计划",引导本科生瞄准世界科技前沿和国家重大战略需求,挑战具有前瞻性、交叉性的自主创新研究课题.在归纳总结国内外本科生科研训练现状与发展趋势的基础上,介绍了致远未来学者计划的实施概要;通过问卷调研和深度访谈的方法,分析该计划在培养本科生批判性思维能力、团队协作能力、科研实践能力、创新意识等方面所起到的积极作用;并就拔尖学生自主创新能力培养提出建议,以期为我国拔尖创新人才早期培养提供新思路.
