Abstract
癌症威胁着全球人类的生命和健康,其发病率和死亡率仅次于心血管疾病,一直是人们关注的焦点.良好的动物模型不仅可用于研究癌症的发生发展和生物学机制,还可用于抗癌药物的筛选和基因治疗.近年来,患者来源的异种移植(patient-derived xenograft,PDX)模型因其能够保留原发肿瘤的微环境和组织学特性而成为研究热点.对PDX动物模型的建模方法以及在肿瘤医学中的应用进行归纳总结,并分析其局限性,以期为PDX模型在肿瘤治疗领域中的应用提供重要参考.
