Abstract
目的 探讨基于IMCHB模式的护理干预在精神发育迟滞患儿中的应用效果.方法 收集2021年1月至2022年10月在本院就诊的精神发育迟滞患儿62例,采用随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,均31例.对照组常规护理,观察组基于IMCHB模式的护理干预.统计两组认知功能、运动能力.结果 观察组认知功能、运动能力、ADL评分均高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 基于IMCHB模式的护理干预用于精神发育迟滞患儿,可促进患儿认知、运动以及日常生活等方面的能力.
