防风辨治慢性肝病探析

Abstract
肝病以慢性病程为主,病情复杂,迁延难愈,变证叠出,给社会和患者造成了极大负担.中医认为慢性肝病的病机以肝脾俱病最为常见,治疗当把握病机要点.防风应风木之象,顺肝性之求,气轻味薄,轻能升散,薄能宣泄,开郁畅气,使郁结散而气血通,血脉和而肝体荣,体用同调,不忘舒脾助运,复其升降,以通为补,胜湿利水,木土兼顾,使疾病有向愈之机,还具有醒脑开玄、祛风止痒等功用特性,一药多能,同时明确了防风的用法用量,为临床高效选用提供参考借鉴,并且结合现代药理研究确证疗效,以期为慢性肝病的治疗提供新的思路.
