Abstract
患儿,男,11 岁,高处坠落致左踝关节肿痛畸形,于 2021 年 6 月 11 日就诊于山东中医药大学附属医院. 查体:左踝关节肿痛畸形,左踝关节广泛皮下淤青,皮温略高,压痛( + ),足背动脉搏动可触及,肢端血运及活动可. 入院后CT三维重建检查(见图1A)显示:左距骨体粉碎性骨折,左内踝骨折,距骨后侧突骨折,距下关节脱位,内踝骨折处骺板内缘受累,距骨骨折线由内上斜向外下,断端分离,近端骨折块向外侧移位,远端骨折块向内上侧移位.
